Ink

As in many of Mervenaz’s projects, her final collection is inspired by Japanese fiction. Taking inspiration from Takayuki’s ceramics to Sasaki’s crane, from Japanese gardens to the history of origami.
A deep analysis of these art forms and traditions have helped form her final collection entitled ‘INK’. This collection combines natural fabrics, forms and colours to capture the essence of the oriental aesthetic.
